5 Ingredient Chocolate Ice Cream

Ingredients
- ¼ cup packed pitted dates
- 1 13.5-ounce can full fat coconut milk
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/3 cup raw cacao powder or unsweetened cocoa powder
- ¼ cup honey
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Place the dates in a small bowl and cover with hot water. Soak for 30 minutes. Drain and add to a blender with the remaining ingredients. Blend on high until creamy and smooth.
- Transfer to an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
