Just because it’s winter doesn’t mean that we can’t pretend that we’re on a beach in Hawaii. This twist on the classic eggnog cocktail will have you dreaming of the warm sun, gentle breeze, and hot sand in no time.

Servings: 1 Cocktail

Ingredients
- 1 ounce pineapple vodka
- 2 ounces eggnog
- ½ ounce cream of coconut
- Ground cinnamon for garnish
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, add ice, pineapple vodka, eggnog, and cream of coconut. Shake all of the ingredients up well to give it a good chill. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with cinnamon. Sit back and imagine you are on a nice warm beach!
