Ingredients

  • 1 (28-ounce/793-gram) bag frozen tater tots
  • 2 tablespoons (30 g) butter
  • 2 tablespoons (30 mL) hot sauce (such as Frank’s)
  • 3 ounces (85 g) blue cheese crumbles
  • 4 green onions , chopped
  • Kosher or fine sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Cook the tater tots according to the package directions. While they are cooking, heat the butter and hot sauce together in a small saucepan over medium heat. Pour the sauce into a large mixing bowl.
  • When the tater tots are fully baked, add to the butter and hot sauce mixture and toss to coat. Add the blue cheese crumbles and green onions. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
