Açaí Bowl Recipe

Bring your local acai shop to your house with this Açaí Bowl. Açaí Bowls are slowly but surely taking over the world with the Açaí berry being loaded with antioxidants and could improve brain function. This recipe makes one bowl and is perfect for a nutritious snack.

For this recipe, I blended the frozen acai pack with Marukan Organic Apple Cider Vinegar. Apple cider vinegar also has many health benefits with it helping with digestion and blood sugar levels. Once the açaí and vinegar are blended together all you have to do is put it in a bowl and pick your toppings. I personally like putting raspberries, gluten-free granola, blackberries, and coconut flakes on top of my bowl. There are many topping options you can put on this bowl you are bound to find a mixture you’ll love.
