End the year off right with a refreshing drink in your hand. This 134 East Gin Fizz is a fresh and zesty drink that everyone will enjoy.

This cocktail emerged onto the scene in the late 19th century in New Orleans where mixologists sought to create a drink that is refreshing and has a twist. This drink has stood the test of time by having simple and delicious ingredients making it a fan favorite drink!

To make this drink you divide the club soda among the two glasses. Then in a cocktail shaker with ice combine the 135 East Gin, simple syrup, lemon juice, and aquafaba and shake until the texture is foamy. Once the texture is foamy strain into the cocktail glasses and garnish with rosemary.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces club soda
  • Ice
  • 4 ounces 135 East Gin
  • 2 ounces simple syrup or liquid allulose
  • 2 ounces fresh lemon juice
  • 1 ounce aquafaba
  • Rosemary sprigs , for garnish

Instructions

  • Divide the club soda equally among two short rocks glasses.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Combine the gin, simple syrup, lemon juice, and aquafaba in the cocktail shaker and shake for 1 minute to get the foamy texture. Strain into the cocktail glasses, garnish with rosemary, and serve.
