This anti-inflammatory smoothie bowl is filled with berries which contain high levels of the antioxidants, flavonoids, and anthocyanins, and offer potent anti-inflammatory properties.

Berry Açai Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen cherries, , pitted
- 1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
- 1 tablespoon açai berry powder
- 2 cups canned pure coconut milk, (use a brand that does not contain guar gum)
- Juice from 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Use a blender plunger to help push the frozen fruit toward the blade. Pour into a bowl and garnish with your favorite fruits, nuts, seeds, granola or shredded coconut. Be creative! Topping options are endless for smoothie bowls.
