This anti-inflammatory smoothie bowl is filled with berries which contain high levels of the antioxidants, flavonoids, and anthocyanins, and offer potent anti-inflammatory properties.

Berry Açai Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients 

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen cherries, , pitted
  • 1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon açai berry powder
  • 2 cups canned pure coconut milk, (use a brand that does not contain guar gum)
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions 

  • Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Use a blender plunger to help push the frozen fruit toward the blade. Pour into a bowl and garnish with your favorite fruits, nuts, seeds, granola or shredded coconut. Be creative! Topping options are endless for smoothie bowls.
