Boozy Hot Chocolate
Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- ¼ cup bittersweet or semisweet chocolate chips
- ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 3 ounces Mozart Chocolate Cream Liqueur
- Mini marshmallows , for serving
- Grated chocolate , for serving
Instructions
- Combine milk, cocoa powder, and sugar in a small saucepan and heat over medium-low heat until hot but not boiling. Add the chocolate chips and stir constantly until melted and fully combined. Stir in the vanilla.
- Divide among two mugs, divide the Mozart Chocolate Cream Liqueur between the mugs and stir. Top with marshmallows, and chocolate shavings.
