- 2 cups kale , stems removed and chopped
- Olive oil
- 2 cups quinoa , cooked
- 1 cup mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)
- 1 orange , peeled and segmented
- ¼ cup pomegranate seeds , plus more for garnish
- Chopped basil leaves , for garnish
