CBD-Infused Overnight Oats

Start Your Day Right

Mornings can be hectic, but starting your day with a wholesome, easy-to-make breakfast can set the tone for the rest of the day. We are all about making gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan eating as simple and delicious as possible. That’s why we’re excited to share our new favorite morning hack: Overnight Oats with a twist!

Why Overnight Oats?

Overnight oats are nothing new, what we might have thought was a fad a few years ago is definitely here to stay. They are the perfect breakfast solution for busy mornings. Not only are they incredibly easy to prepare the night before, but they’re also packed with nutrients that keep you fueled throughout the day. Vegan and free of so many allergens, these oats are a versatile choice for anyone with dietary restrictions or preferences.

The magic happens overnight. As the oats soak up the almond milk and chia seeds, they soften and develop a creamy texture that’s ready to eat by the time you wake up. Plus, with the addition of your favorite toppings like fresh fruits, nuts, seeds, or shredded coconut, you can customize your oats to fit your taste.

Nobody needs more stress in the morning! By prepping your breakfast the night before, you can enjoy a stress-free morning while still nourishing your body with a balanced meal.

Adding a CBD Boost

To give your morning an extra edge, we’ve incorporated cbdMD Focus capsules into the mix. These capsules are infused with a broad-spectrum CBD formula designed to help you stay focused and energized throughout the day. Each serving of overnight oats includes two 1000 MG cbdMD Focus capsules, a whole day’s dose, giving you a subtle yet powerful boost right at the start of your day. And there is no THC in these capsules so you needn’t worry about that.

CBD has become increasingly popular for its potential benefits, including promoting a sense of calm, supporting focus, and helping to maintain overall wellness. By adding cbdMD Focus capsules to your overnight oats, you’re not just nourishing your body—you’re also nurturing your mind, preparing yourself for whatever challenges the day may bring.

Author: Gluten Free & More

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or any other non-dairy milk)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or sweetener of choice
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of kosher or fine sea salt
  • 2 (1000 MG) cbdMD Focus capsules
  • Toppings of your choice (e.g., fresh fruits, nuts, seeds, or shredded coconut)

Instructions

  • In a jar or airtight container, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir well to ensure everything is evenly mixed. Empty the cbdMD Focus capsules into the mixture and stir.
  • Seal the jar or container and place it in the refrigerator. Let it sit overnight or for at least 4-6 hours to allow the oats to absorb the liquid and soften.
  • The next morning, give the oats a good stir. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little more almond milk to achieve your desired consistency.
  • Customize your overnight oats by adding your favorite toppings. This could include fresh fruits (such as berries, banana slices, or diced apple), nuts, seeds, or a sprinkle of shredded coconut.
