Pumpkin Pie Martini

Course: Drinks
Servings: 1
Calories: 145kcal
Author: Gluten Free & More

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ ounces vanilla vodka (Smirnoff claims their flavored vodkas are all gluten-free)
  • ½ ounce pumpkin puree
  • ½ ounce half-and-half
  • ½ tablespoon brown sugar (plus more for the glass)
  • ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  • Pour some extra brown sugar on a plate. Wet the rim of your martini glass with water and twirl the rim into the brown sugar to give it a nice coating. In a cocktail shaker, add ice and all of the remaining ingredients. Shake your mixture up well. Strain it into your martini glass and enjoy your very own “liquid” pumpkin pie!
