
Workbook Illustrated: How to Cut Squash

Using a sharp knife, trim the ends off the squash. |

Peel the skin off the squash with a vegetable peeler. |

Cut squash in half lengthwise. Use a spoon to scoop out the seeds and strings. |

Lay the squash on the cutting board cut side down. Slice crosswise into wedges. |
