Gluten Free Maple Bourbon Pecan Pie Recipe
I don’t mean to scare you, but do you realize it is only one month until Thanksgiving and just a mere 64 days until Christmas?

To give you a little sneak peek, here is one of my favorite pies, a Gluten Free Maple Bourbon Pecan Pie Recipe. It whips up quickly and is a real crowd pleaser. If you have concerns about the bourbon, just leave it out – the pie will still be delicious and you can just call it Maple Pecan Pie!
Gluten Free Maple Bourbon Pecan Pie Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
- 3 tablespoons bourbon
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon kosher or fine sea salt
- 1½ cups finely chopped pecans
- 1 9-inch gluten-free pie crust, unbaked
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until smooth. Add the maple syrup, melted butter, bourbon, vanilla, and salt. Stir in the pecans.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust and bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until the filling looks set.
