  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until smooth. Add the maple syrup, melted butter, bourbon, vanilla, and salt. Stir in the pecans.
  • Pour the mixture into the pie crust and bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until the filling looks set.
