Berry Salad with Lemon & Basil

Ingredients
- 2 cups halved fresh strawberries quartered if large
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 4-5 fresh basil leaves thinly sliced
- 1-2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1-2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
Instructions
- In a large bowl, gently combine the strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and basil. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 1 tablespoon honey. Add the lemon zest and cinnamon. Stir gently to combine. Taste and add additional lemon juice and/or honey, if desired. Serve immediately.
