Berry Salad with Lemon & Basil

  • 2 cups halved fresh strawberries quartered if large
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 4-5 fresh basil leaves thinly sliced
  • 1-2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon


  • In a large bowl, gently combine the strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and basil. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 1 tablespoon honey. Add the lemon zest and cinnamon. Stir gently to combine. Taste and add additional lemon juice and/or honey, if desired. Serve immediately.
