Cheese Lollipops

Get the cheese for these lollipops from the deli case at your local grocery store or cheese shop. Have them cut the cheese into ½-inch thick slices. It is best to take your cookie cutters in with you to the store to make sure the cheese is big enough. Stay away from sharp cheeses, as they tend to crumble. You will need approximately ½ pound of each type of cheese. Save the scraps for another use.
