Strengthen your child with Baby Brain Organics
While my own kids are grown up, I do have grandkids ranging from teens to babies, so what a child needs (and wants) as far as food and nutrition is still at the forefront of my mind. This is why I’m happy to share with you a delicious product I recently tried (and gave the g-kids to try, too) … Baby Brain Organics.
Baby Brain Organics is a superfood blend that you sprinkle onto pureed foods, smoothies, and oatmeal or mix into batter for baked goods. It’s a mixture of ground seeds that are specially designed for healthy brain and body development for children. They offer a Baby one for children 6 months and up and a Kid one. Both are filled with antioxidants, protein, fiber and omega-3s and all it takes is 1 tablespoon added to a meal.
If you’re wondering if children actually need antioxidants and superfoods at such a young age, the answer is yes! The levels of important nutrients in food are no longer what they used to be when we were little, which is why supplementing with things like Baby Brain Organics is more important than you may think. Soil depletion over the years has caused a drop in nutrients and minerals in our fruits and vegetables, meaning the apple you’re eating now might not be as healthy as the apple you ate in 1970. To start your children and grandchildren off with a solid nutrient base and a strong immune system, consider trying supplements and superfoods.
Here’s a delicious recipe from Baby Brain Organics, using their product. Your children will love this!
