Gabriella’s Kitchen: pasta with a purpose
I don’t know about you, but I’ve committed carbocide ever since Thanksgiving! So many empty carbs, like stuffing and mashed potatoes and pie and biscuits … whew! I’m ready for some protein, fiber, and would prefer some carbs that have substance. That’s why I’ve started reaching for Gabriella’s Kitchen skinnypasta for my lunches and dinners.
These pastas, especially the SUPERFOOD Teff Penne, are packed with nutrients like iron, zinc, copper, and manganese and are a good source of protein and fiber. Plus, 20% of the fiber in the teff pasta is a resistant starch which may aid in weight loss management. It’s a starch with a purpose!
If you have some leftover sage you bought for your Thanksgiving turkey, some extra pecans leftover from baking, and an extra can of pumpkin in your pantry, might I suggest this delicious Sage Pumpkin Teff Penne Bake with Kale, using Gabriella’s Kitchen Teff Penne? Click here for the recipe.
Gabriella’s Kitchen makes products that are great for kids and adults alike. They are pastas that are appropriate for athletes and people who are conscious of their empty-carb-intake. If you’re looking for a new way to have your pasta and stay skinny, too, I suggest giving Gabriella’s Kitchen a try!
