Angelo Azzurro Cocktail Recipe
There are many cocktails made famous by the countries from which they originated. Some are so popular that you would think they came from your country. Others you may never have heard of. Italy, for example, is known for its wine but few people know of their other classic cocktails. Here’s one that’s brand new to me and will likely be new to you, too. Its main ingredient is gin, which is calmed down by the orange notes in the Cointreau and made vibrant by the blue curaçao.

Which Blue Curacao is gluten free?
I believe Hiram Walker is, but you’ll want to double check the label or call the manufacturer of any brand you choose to be sure, as sometimes manufacturers can change their ingredients or process without notice.
