Gluten Free Carousel Cupcakes
If you need a fun idea for a child’s birthday party – how about this? Each child gets their own cupcake to decorate. Not only do they have fun, but they also get to take pride in creating their own little edible masterpiece. Another plus? Portion control! It reduces the risk of have your house overrun by a bunch of sugared-up maniacs.
These gluten free carousel cupcakes are so cute and so easy, even little ones can do it! All you need to do is bake the cupcakes, provide frosting, sprinkles, drink umbrellas, straws, and animal cookies. Then let them have fun!
Fortunately, Kinnikinnick makes both gluten free cake mixes and animal cookies – called K-Kritters. To keep things even easier, I use store-bought frosting, but you can certainly make your own buttercream frosting if you wish.
