Ingredients

  • 3 large bananas , sliced and frozen
  • ¾ cup (177 mL) pure pumpkin puree
  • ¼ cup (60 mL) full-fat coconut milk
  • ½ teaspoon (1.3 g) ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon (1 g) ground nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon (0.6 g) ground cloves
  • ¼ teaspoon (1.5 g) kosher or fine sea salt
  • cup (40 g) walnut pieces
  • ¼ cup (38 g) sugar-free raisins (optional)

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients except the walnuts and raisins in a food processor or blender. Pulse until smooth.
  • Stir in the walnuts and raisins. Freeze for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Note: If desired, you can toast the walnut pieces in a dry skillet, then let cool completely before adding.
