Ingredients
- 1 cup (80 g) gluten-free rolled oats
- 1 cup (240 mL) water
- ½ teaspoon (1.3 g) ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon (0.5 g) ground ginger
- Pinch of ground cardamom
- Pinch of kosher or fine sea salt
- 6 tablespoons (90 mL) unsweetened milk of choice
- Pure maple syrup , to taste
- ⅔ cup (98 g) fresh blueberries
- ¼ cup (20 g) unsweetened coconut flakes, toasted
Instructions
- Combine the oats, water, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, and salt in a bowl. Stir to combine, then cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, divide the oats between 2 bowls. Divide and top with the milk, maple syrup, blueberries, and coconut.
