Gluten-Free Cranberry Orange Honey Butter
With just 5 simple ingredients that are easy to find and inexpensive, you can whip up this delicious Gluten-Free Cranberry Orange Honey Butter. This tasty gift would be perfect for a host, neighbor, coworker, or friend.
This recipe makes 4 rolls, so you can split them up and pair them with an assortment of other homemade or store-bought items for a complete gift.
Here’s my favorite idea: You could do a “tea and cookies” gift basket and include this honey butter, your favorite store-bought or homemade gluten-free shortbread cookies or crackers to use with the honey butter, a package of fancy teas, and a bottle of Wholesome Organic Honey (which I also used in this recipe). Package it in a cute gift basket, maybe add a few other items like a cute teacup and saucer set, and you’ve got yourself an adorable gift!

Gluten-Free Cranberry Orange Honey Butter
Ingredients
- 2 cups orange juice
- 1 ½ cups dried cranberries
- 1 pound unsalted butter , at room temperature
- ½ teaspoon kosher or fine sea salt
- ¾ cup Wholesome Organic Honey
Instructions
- Place the orange juice and cranberries in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Take off the heat and let sit for 10 minutes to plump up the cranberries. Drain and discard the juice. Let the cranberries cool completely and then chop finely.
- Put cooled cranberries in the bowl of an electric mixer, preferably fitted with the paddle attachment. Add the butter, salt and honey, and beat until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions. Place one fourth of the butter on a piece parchment or waxed paper and roll into a log using the paper to help you. Twist the ends of the paper to seal the rolls. Repeat with remaining butter mixture and keep refrigerated for up to 4 weeks.
