Soy-Glazed Brussels Sprouts in a white oval serving dish with glasses of red wine in the background

Soy Glazed Brussels Sprouts with Bacon & Cranberries

It’s that time of year again! The holidays are sneaking up on us, so in the weeks leading up to Thanksgiving and Christmas I’ll be giving you all sorts of entertaining-worthy recipes, like this delicious side dish of Soy Glazed Brussels Sprouts with Bacon & Cranberries.

This tasty side dish is really simple to make. You’re going to chop the bacon and cook it partially in the oven, then remove it and combine it with the Brussels sprouts before putting back into the oven to finish roasting. Before baking, the Brussels sprouts are tossed in a sauce that’s made up of oil, honey, rice vinegar, chili garlic sauce, and gluten-free soy sauce. I used San-J’s Organic 25% Less Sodium Gluten-Free Soy Sauce.

For those of you who have bought San-J’s products before, you may have noticed their new look. With a Japanese-inspired color palette and a modern appearance, their new labels are sleek and sophisticated. But don’t worry, their products and recipes are the exact same!
