Easy Gluten-Free Cracker Appetizers

New Year’s Eve lands on a Friday this year – that’s double the reason to celebrate! If you’re working on New Year’s Eve and then you plan to rush home to set up for a party or you have to rush home to get ready to go to a party, have no fear – I’ve got the quick and easy appetizer recipes ready for you. All you have to do is throw some of these together 15 minutes before guests arrive and you’re good to go.

These Easy Gluten-Free Cracker Appetizers consist of three variations of crackers, spread with cheese or hummus, and topped with fruit or veggie and some flavor-enhancing herbs or additions. We’ve got Pear Blue Cheese & Honey, Brie & Cranberry, and Hummus & Pimento. All are gluten-free thanks to the use of Schär’s Table Crackers. All three of these appetizers are vegetarian, though only one is vegan and dairy-free. This trio of crackers is perfect for a party because it has a little something for everyone and keeps allergens and food preferences in mind, too.

Easy Gluten-Free Cracker Appetizers

Pear Blue Cheese & Honey

Spread blue cheese on gluten free Schär Table Crackers, top with 2 thin slices of ripe pear, drizzle with honey.

Brie & Cranberry

Spread some brie cheese on gluten free Schär Table Crackers, top with some whole cranberry sauce and fresh thyme leaves.

Hummus & Pimento

Spread hummus on gluten free Schär Table Crackers, sprinkle with Everything but the Bagel spice blend, top with diced pimentos that have been drained and dried.
