Carrot Apple Ginger Juice in two glass bottles with green and white striped straws in them with an orange sliced in half and two carrots next to the juice bottles on a white marble countertop

Immune-Boosting Apple Carrot Orange Juice (Without a Juicer)

Apples are still in season for a little longer and if you have an abundance of them, might I suggest making some juice? This Immune-Boosting Apple Carrot Orange Juice (Without a Juicer) is made, as its name suggests, without a juicer! That’s great news for those of you without a juicer or for those of you who just hate cleaning your juicer (the struggle is real!).

For extra immune support, I added echinacea to this juice. I used ChildLife Essentials Echinacea. Be sure to use the appropriate dose per glass based on your child’s age.

To make this juice, you simply blend the ingredients and then strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer lined with cheesecloth to get a pulp-free juice. If you have a juicer and would rather use that, you can also make this in the juicer. Double the recipe, juice the ingredients in order given, omit water, and then stir in the echinacea at the end.

I have been trying to eat healthy after the festival season, and I needed a good juice recipe, and there you have it. Thanks so much

Yes! You do not need fancy, intricate ingredient blends to have a healthy juice! Going “back to the basics” is often a great choice. I make a similar juice, I just always add a little bit of lemon juice — I just love lemon.
