Cadbury Creme Egg Martini

Get the Easter celebration started with this Cadbury Crème Egg Martini. This drink is a perfect dessert cocktail and best of all it looks and tastes like a Cadbury Egg.

To make this drink is simple. First you put yellow food coloring in the sweetened condensed milk. Then over ice, you shake the Mozart Chocolate Cream Liqueur and vodka until it is cold. To decorate the glasses, you place the melted chocolate chips and chopped up the Cadbury Eggs on a plate and dip the rims of each glass. Then you get to assemble the drink by first pouring the condensed milk followed by the Mozart and vodka mixture. I like to garnish mine by putting some mini-Cadbury Eggs on a toothpick and laying it across the glass.
