Ingredients

  • 4 cups puffed rice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground Kashmiri pepper
  • ½ teaspoon kosher or fine sea salt
  • 4 baby yellow potatoes , cooked, cooled, dried, and chopped
  • 2 to matoes , seeded and chopped
  • 1 small red onion , finely chopped
  • 1 fresh green chili , seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon date tamarind chutney
  • 1 tablespoon green chutney
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ½ cup gluten-free Sev , plus more for serving
  • 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro , roughly chopped, plus more for serving
  • ¼ cup pomegranate seeds , plus more for serving

Instructions

  • Combine puffed rice and spices in a large mixing bowl until well combined. Add the vegetables, chutneys, lemon juice, Sev, cilantro, and pomegranate seeds and mix well.
  • Put in a large serving bowl. Top with extra Sev, cilantro, and pomegranate seeds.
