Four-Ingredient Banana Waffles
For me, the easier the recipe, the more likely I am to make it again and again. This recipe is as easy as it gets!
Four-Ingredient Banana Waffles
Servings: 2 Waffles

Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 4 large eggs
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ cup gluten-free flour
Instructions
- Preheat the waffle iron to medium-high temperature.
- In a medium-sized bowl, mash the bananas. Mix in the eggs, baking powder, and gluten-free flour.
- Spray the waffle iron with light cooking spray if the iron is not nonstick. Add half the batter.
- Cook for 3-5 minutes until waffle is crispy around the edges and fluffy in the center. Cooking time may vary for each waffle iron.
- Remove from iron and cook remaining half of batter to make the second waffle. Top with sugar-free syrup, berries, or vegan chocolate chips, and enjoy!
Notes
• For a low-fat option use ½ cup egg whites instead of whole eggs
