Sleepy Time Tart Cherry Juice Tea
Ingredients
- 1 Eden Foods Organic Chamomile Herb Tea Bag
- 3 slices ginger
- 6 ounces boiling water
- 4 ounces Eden Food Tart Cherry Juice
- ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric
- Pinch black pepper
- 1-2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup
Instructions
- Steep tea bag and ginger slices in hot water for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, gently heat the tart cherry juice.
