Sleepy Time Tart Cherry Juice Tea

Ingredients

  • 1 Eden Foods Organic Chamomile Herb Tea Bag
  • 3 slices ginger
  • 6 ounces boiling water
  • 4 ounces Eden Food Tart Cherry Juice
  • ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • Pinch black pepper
  • 1-2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  • Steep tea bag and ginger slices in hot water for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, gently heat the tart cherry juice.
  • Discard tea bag. Combine tea with cherry juice, turmeric, and black pepper. Sweeten the taste with honey.
