CBD Guacamole Toast

  • 2 large ripe avocados
  • 2 (1 ML) droppers cbdMD Broad Spectrum CBD Oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • Kosher or fine sea salt and pepper , to taste
  • 2 slices gluten-free bread , toasted
  • ½ cup Pico de Gallo , drained
  • Fresh cilantro , chopped or cilantro microgreens


  • Using a fork, mash one avocado with CBD oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Spread on toast. Slice the other avocado and place on top of the avocado spread. Top with Pico de Gallo and cilantro or microgreens and serve immediately.
