Umami Gluten Free Ramen

Ingredients 

  • 1 GloryLand Gluten Free Brown Rice & Millet Miso Ramen Soup Cup
  • 4 ounces assorted mushrooms
  • 5-6 slices truffles, , optional
  • 2 baby bok choy
  • 2 Thai red chilies, , thinly sliced

Instructions 

  • Prepare the soup cups according to the package directions.
  • Meanwhile, sear the mushrooms in a dry skillet over medium-high heat and steam the baby bok choy.
  • Pour the ramen into a bowl. Top with the mushrooms, truffles, if using, baby bok choy and chilies. Serve immediately.
