Umami Gluten Free Ramen
Ingredients
- 1 GloryLand Gluten Free Brown Rice & Millet Miso Ramen Soup Cup
- 4 ounces assorted mushrooms
- 5-6 slices truffles , optional
- 2 baby bok choy
- 2 Thai red chilies , thinly sliced
Instructions
- Prepare the soup cups according to the package directions.
- Meanwhile, sear the mushrooms in a dry skillet over medium-high heat and steam the baby bok choy.
- Pour the ramen into a bowl. Top with the mushrooms, truffles, if using, baby bok choy and chilies. Serve immediately.
