Cheese Sauce

- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese , shredded
- ½ cup Gruyere cheese , shredded
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese , shredded
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 ½ tablespoons Marukan Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
- Kosher or fine sea salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: pinch of cayenne pepper for a little heat
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
