Umeshu Whisky Highball
Ingredients
- 1 ½ ounces Hatozaki Japanese Whisky
- ½ ounce Akashi-tai Shiraume Genjo Uneshu
- Ice
- Blackberries
- 5 ounces sparkling water or club soda
- Mint sprig
Instructions
- Stir together the Hatozaki Japanese Whisky and Akashi-tai Shiraume Genjo Uneshu. Fill a highball glass with ice, add blackberries, and pour in the mixture. Add sparkling water and stir. Garnish with a mint sprig.
