Ingredients

  • 1 ½ ounces Hatozaki Japanese Whisky
  • ½ ounce Akashi-tai Shiraume Genjo Uneshu
  • Ice
  • Blackberries
  • 5 ounces sparkling water or club soda
  • Mint sprig

Instructions

  • Stir together the Hatozaki Japanese Whisky and Akashi-tai Shiraume Genjo Uneshu. Fill a highball glass with ice, add blackberries, and pour in the mixture. Add sparkling water and stir. Garnish with a mint sprig.
