Ingredients

  • 1 (28 ounce) bag gluten-free tater tots
  • 1 cup jarred queso dip
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 (4 ounce) cans Hatch Diced Chiles, drained
  • 1 large tomato , diced
  • ¼ red onion , thinly sliced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper , sliced

Instructions

  • Bake the tater tots per the package directions.
  • Pour over the queso and then scatter the beans. Return to the oven for 3–4 minutes or until the cheese sauce and beans are hot. Top with the chiles, tomato, red onion, and jalapeno.
