Honey Bourbon Lemonade
What could be better than an icy cold glass of lemonade in the summer? I will tell you – Honey Bourbon Lemonade!
Imagine sitting on your back deck or by the pool on a warm summer day sipping a tall glass of lemonade spiked with Barenjager Honey Bourbon, a delicious blend of premium honey liqueur infused with American bourbon whiskey. The taste of honey is just like a great clover honey you would buy at a framer’s market and pairs so well with the whiskey notes. It is not too sweet; it is just perfect on its own.
However, when used to make lemonade, trust me when I say, you will have just upped your lemonade game but several notches.
I live in the South (sort of – we actually have to drive north from Florida to get to the South) where lemonade and bourbon are staples. New Orleans even has a street named after Bourbon.
This perfectly sweet-tart drink just may be my new favorite summertime cocktail.
