Not only does it fill your kitchen with the warm, festive aroma of the holidays, but it also allows you to elevate a classic dish with fresh, vibrant flavors. This particular recipe takes cranberry sauce to the next level with the addition of orange juice and Singing Dog Vanilla Bean Paste.
The combination of zesty orange and smooth vanilla creates a delightful balance of tart and sweet that complements roasted turkey, ham, or even a vegan holiday roast. The fresh cranberries burst into a jammy texture, beautifully highlighted by the citrusy brightness of orange zest and the deep, aromatic notes of real vanilla bean paste. Another reason to love this recipe is its convenience. You can make it up to three days in advance, saving you precious time on the big day.
