Gluten-Free Almond Flour Waffles
Your day should not begin with stress. This simple, five-ingredient (not including salt) Gluten-Free Almond Flour Waffles recipe will get you fueled for the day, simply, deliciously, and stress-free!
Made with a base of almond flour and eggs (I use Nature’s Yoke), these grain-free waffles are a super simple breakfast that can be topped with syrup, fruit compote, or whatever your heart desires.
The waffles can be made in advance and refrigerated or frozen. Reheat in a hot oven or toaster oven or, better yet, pop in the toaster for a crispier texture.
