Summer Fruit Kabobs

Ingredients

  • 10-12 wooden kabob skewers
  • 2 pounds strawberries
  • 3 pears, cored
  • 3 medium apples, cored
  • 1 pineapple, cored and sliced
  • 1 pint blueberries
  • 1 pint raspberries

Directions

Wash and rinse all fruit. Cut stems and leaves from the strawberries. Cut the apples and pears into pieces big enough for the stick to slide through. Sit the kids down and tell them to make patterns by placing the fruit on the kabob stick. It’s a fun way to make a healthy snack for any picnic!

Servings

Makes 10-12 kabobs
