Creamy Green Smoothie

  • 2 medium bananas peeled
  • ½ medium avocado pitted
  • 2 cups greens of choice
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • Pinch ground cinnamon
  • Pinch ground ginger
  • 2 cups unsweetened non-dairy milk of choice


  • Add all ingredients to a high powered blender in the order listed. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Pour into small glasses and serve immediately or seal in an airtight container for a few hours.
