Baked Wings with Little’s Cuisine Seasoning
If there’s one thing that is guaranteed during a Florida summer, it’s rain. And more rain. And occasionally a hurricane. But mostly rain. In fact, it’s raining as I write this and all I can think about is whether or not it will be raining on Memorial Day weekend.
Luckily, I have a backup plan in case rain spoils my scheduled barbecue. I can easily cook the same foods that I’d cook on the grill in the oven instead, some using a grill pan and others just a baking sheet. I can move people indoors and put some sort of sporting event on TV (I’m sure there’s something that day, right?) to distract the guests while I add my favorite go-to seasonings to my dishes. In a few shakes I’ll have appetizers on the counter and the main dishes cooking, and no one will even remember that the rain killed the outside barbecue.
One of my go-to seasonings (for food on the grill or the oven, in the rain or shine!) is Little’s Cuisine’s Chili Lime Seasoning. This seasoning is so flavorful and contains no artificial ingredients or added MSG and is sugar-free, certified gluten-free, kosher and non-GMO project verified. It’s a little known fact that seasoning blends can contain gluten, so it’s always important to check them and to find a good brand that you trust. I’ve tried almost all of Little’s Cuisine’s seasoning mixes and they each give a certain pep to dishes that just makes them so much tastier!
This Memorial Day, if you’re rained out and need to bake your food instead of grill it, might I suggest this Chili Lime Buffalo Wing Dings recipe from Little’s Cuisine? (Or any day, for that matter!)
