Gluten-Free Quick Berry Jam Recipe
What do you get when you combine simplicity, fresh berries, collagen, and no refined sugar? A healthier alternative to store-bought jam!
This Gluten-Free Quick Berry Jam recipe uses NeoCell’s Derma Matrix, a collagen powder that has added vitamin C and hyaluronic acid to nourish your skin from the inside out. Adding collagen to recipes generally doesn’t change the texture and it doesn’t change the taste, so you can add it to smoothies, soups, baked goods, jams and sauces, coffee, and so much more. This means you can get a dose of collagen every day, no matter what you’re eating or drinking. Collagen has tons of health benefits – click here to read more about my love of collagen.
This jam cooks in minutes and doesn’t require pectin. Spread it on your morning toast and serve it alongside a hot cup of coffee or tea for a delicious, healthy start to the day.
