Top 12 gluten-free recipes for 2019

Sometimes, when I can’t quite catch up to the New Year, I decide to “start” my own New Year on my birthday. Today is that day! I basically use this time to complete tasks I meant to do at the start of the year. Case in point: in January, I had every intention of giving you a list of the top 12 gluten-free recipes for 2019 but I didn’t get around to it. So, I present that list to you now!

These recipes are ones that I’ve either recently made fresh for the blog or ones that I’ve recently been cooking. Plus, I’ve included a few classics that are some of my most-visited recipes on the site: Fast Pho, Chicken & Dumplings, and French Bread.

This one makes the list because it’s an excellent go-to for a quick and easy gluten-free dinner or lunch. It’s a healthy recipe that can be prepped ahead and can be adapted to use chicken, tofu, or another protein in place of the shrimp.
