Brat burgers are one of those things my husband found one morning at the farmers market and immediately demanded I replicate. It’s a brat! No, a burger! It’s both!

Gluten-Free Brat Burgers Recipe
Ingredients
- 1½ pounds ground pork
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- ¾ teaspoon dry ground sage
- 1 teaspoon kosher or fine sea salt
- ½ teaspoon fresh rosemary
- ½ teaspoon caraway seeds
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon mustard powder
- ½ teaspoon white pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high. Mix all spices into meat and form four patties. Mixture may be wet. Place gently on the grill and cook for 3-5 minutes per side, until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
