No-Bake Creamsicle Cheesecake Jars
Happy Saturday! The weather here in Florida has been a bit gloomy lately so I thought to myself, how can I brighten up the day? Sunny, vibrant oranges should do the trick! And what better way to treat yourself on the weekend with an extra-special dessert? Hence, these No-Bake Creamsicle Cheesecake Jars were developed!
These jarred desserts are great for a summer picnic. Pack them in a cooler and go sit outside and enjoy the nice weather (if the weather where you are isn’t as gloomy as it’s been here). These are made with some easy to find ingredients like butter, Jell-O, cream cheese, and powdered sugar (I used Wholesome Organic Powdered Sugar).
Speaking of powdered sugar, I’d like to make a mention of Wholesome’s Sweet Relief Baking Pack. Proceeds from the sale of each of these discounted baking bundles will be donated to Feeding America’s COVID-19 Response Fund. Order yours today!
Have a beautiful, bright weekend, everyone!
No-Bake Creamsicle Cheesecake Jars
Ingredients
- 1 (0.3 ounce) package Orange Jell-O
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 cup gluten-free graham cracker crumbs
- 6 (8-ounce) Mason jars
- 1 (8-ounce) block full-fat cream cheese, at room temperature
- ½ cup plus 2 tablespoons Wholesome Organic Powdered Sugar , divided
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1½ cups heavy cream , divided
- 12 clementine segments
- Mint for garnish
Instructions
- Combine the Jell-O with ½ cup boiling water and stir to dissolve. Add 1 ice cube and stir until the ice cube is melted. Let cool.
- Combine the melted butter with the graham cracker crumbs and mix well. Divide the mixture evenly among the 6 jars and press down.
- In a mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, beat the cream cheese with ½ cup powdered sugar and the vanilla until smooth. Add 1 cup cream and beat until stiff peaks form, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Combine the Jell-O with 1/3 of the cream cheese mixture and refrigerate for 10 minutes to firm up slightly.
- Divide half of the remaining cream cheese mixture evenly among the jars. Add the orange cream cheese mixture then top with the remining cream cheese mixture.
- Beat the remaining ½ cup cream with 2 tablespoons powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Layer the whipped cream on top. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Before serving, garnish with two clementine segments and a sprig of mint.

This was delicious! Next time I might double the cream cheese mix to make it a bit more cheesecake-like. And I might make in a pie dish because I’m lazy! This one is a win and I can’t wait to try with other jello flavors like lemon or cherry!
