Recommends: Les Trois Petits Cochons
Charcuterie and cheese boards are one of my favorite ways to entertain. Setting out bottles of wine, a pitcher of a signature cocktail, some gluten-free beer, and several tables with different appetizers, charcuterie, cheese, and small desserts – it’s a great way to throw a party with little fuss and not a lot of cooking.
One brand I love to explore before planning a party or gathering is Les Trois Petits Cochons (Three Little Pigs). This company is great for sausages, pâtés, mustards, cornichons, and more. Their products are high-quality, full of flavor, and they do right by the many French specialties they offer. The company itself has been around since 1975 and began as a small charcuterie in Greenwich Village in New York City. They’ve won awards from the Specialty Food Association for their mousse and gift baskets.
Les Trois Petits Cochons’ newest product is their sous-vide egg bites. These are fully cooked eggs mixed with things like mushrooms and Swiss cheese, broccoli and Parmesan cheese, prosciutto and Gruyere, and more. They are kind of like mini quiches and they’re delicious! They make for a quick and simple breakfast or can be eaten as a mid-day snack.
