Holiday Mint Cocoa

Ingredients
- ¾ cup milk I use 2%
- 1½ tablespoons cocoa or chocolate powder
- ¾ ounce peppermint schnapps
- ½ ounce Kahlua liqueur
- Mini marshmallows for serving
Instructions
- Prepare this cocktail on the stovetop whether you are making a single serving or a full pot for your guests.
- Pour the desired amount of milk (depending on how many servings you’re preparing) into a pot and warm it on medium-low until hot but not boiling.
- Add the desired amount of cocoa powder and stir well until all of the powder is incorporated and there are no clumps of powder left.
- Reduce the heat to low and add the desired amounts of peppermint schnapps and Kahlua liqueur.
- Stir well and serve garnished with marshmallows.
Notes
(To make this recipe in a slow cooker, just switch out the stovetop’s medium-low setting for the slow cooker’s low setting and the stovetop’s low setting for the slow cooker’s warm setting.)
