When you are in the mood for a drink with a little more of a kick, try the Loaded Brew. This cocktail will give you a nice hint of tequila but does not overwhelm the flavor of the beer at all, leaving you with a very pleasurable drink.
- 1 lime wedge
- Kosher or fine sea salt for rimming the glass
- 12 ounces gluten-free lager beer
- 1 ounce silver tequila
- In a goblet sized glass, wet the rim with the lime wedge and then rim it with salt. Tilting the glass to the side a little, slowly pour the beer down the side of the glass, trying not to create too much foam. Squeeze all of the lime juice you can get out of that same lime wedge into the glass (you can add more lime juice if you prefer). Add the tequila and enjoy!
