Pink Lemonade Shandy
This beer cocktail is super easy to make, yet it’s packed with delicious flavor. A pale ale beer mixed with pink lemonade makes for a light, enjoyable drink. To take those two ingredients and kick them up a couple notches, I like to add a bit of lime juice to the drink and sugar rim the cocktail glass. The sugar adds the perfect amount of sweet to this already amazing cocktail.

Ingredients
- Super fine sugar for rimming the glass
- 9 ounces pink lemonade
- 9 ounces gluten-free pale ale beer
- 1½ teaspoons fresh lime juice
Instructions
- Rim a tall Weizen glass (or a glass large enough to fit all of your ingredients) with super fine sugar. Pour in the pink lemonade. Tilting the glass to the side a little, slowly pour the beer down the side of the glass, trying not to create too much foam. Add the lime juice and stir well.
