Ingredients
- 1 pound extra lean ground beef or turkey thawed if frozen
- 1 white or yellow onion finely diced
- 1 teaspoon kosher or fine sea salt
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon gluten-free mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 cups gluten-free beef broth
- 8 gluten-free hamburger buns toasted

Instructions
- Use a 6-quart slow cooker. Crumble in the ground meat. Add onion, salt, garlic powder, sugar, mustard, vinegar, and beef broth. Mix well until everything is fully incorporated. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
