Ingredients

  • 7 ounces buckwheat spaghetti
  • 9 ounces large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • Kosher or fine sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 handfuls fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds

Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • Pat the shrimp dry, then season to taste with salt and pepper. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the oil and garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
