Get healthy this fall with The Cooking Light Diet

In case you missed it, fall officially began on Sunday! I don’t know about you, but for me fall is a beautiful season of comfort and chaos. It seems I cook more, I try to get more done in the day before the night begins to creep up earlier and earlier, and I tend to spend more time with family and friends – it’s busy, but I love it. Unfortunately, with that combination of comfort and chaos often comes a bit of weight gain. Being busy means you might not always make the best food choices when hunger strikes, and fall is ideal for some very filling comfort foods that aren’t quite so kind to the waist line. This is where a bit of meal planning can come in handy.

I recently tried The Cooking Light Diet to help me stay on track with my weight and health goals. They have several meal preferences, including gluten free! This diet plan is a calorie-driven meal-planning tool that creates complete plans for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks for the week, based on the foods you love and your weight loss goals.

What’s really great about this meal plan is that you can access it from your computer, tablet, or mobile device, or print out the meal schedule for the week and hang it on your fridge. This keeps you on track and is so simple to use. You can also set daily reminders and you’ll get access to grocery lists that are sorted by grocery category to make shopping a breeze.

Cooking Light Diet Plan

All meal plans contain recipes vetted by nutritionists and chefs for holistic nutritional value, calorie levels, taste, and ease of making. The Cooking Light Diet is a meal planning tool that I can totally get behind and is one that helps to make the busy seasons of life much easier to manage.

Also, since we’re coming up on the holidays in the next couple months, this might be an excellent gift for a friend or family member who is trying to lose weight or needs help with eating healthier and staying on track.
